Women Retreats

These seasonal retreats give tribute to our limitless creative loving selves and bask in the beauty of the sanctuary of Samsara Ridge, a lush, peaceful land just 90 minutes away from the Twin Cities.

Come camp with us on this sacred healing land, and gather under the protection of our 20 ft Lotus Belle Tent for teachings and community. Sneak away for a barrel sauna retreat in the woods. We have an outdoor kitchen shelter from which we will prepare healthy vibrant foods. You are welcome to attend one, or multiple retreats.

Be open to receive:

  • Nourishment with beautiful organic meals prepared with love and prayers

  • Cultivation of authentic friendships and community

  • Grounding and nurturing in our St. Croix River Valley... 44 acres of luxurious private land with hills, meadows, forest, sweet loving earth medicines of plants, birds, the elements, a rushing creek and peaceful pond to contemplate, restore and revitalize.

Many of us relate to work in unhealthy ways. Sometimes we’re obsessive, contracted and stressed, other times we’re numbed out and lethargic. We often get glimpses of a better way, but struggle to make a lasting change. Through this weekend experience, life-long friends Julia Beasley and Kate Noble will help you (re)connect to your deep yearning, vision, inner trust and confidence, and ultimately, harmonious  passion for work.

We’ll gather in a natural environment where you’ll be met with a carefully crafted brew of experiences that tend to your body, mind and soul. You’ll get clearer about your vision. You’ll deepen your awareness of your blocks (and practice befriending them), and gain clarity about the path you’re heading down and the next step you’re going to take.

Key ingredients of the weekend include:

  • Connection through ceremony, group coaching & authentic relating

  • Mind-body practices including Tantra Yoga, guided and silent meditation, breathwork and journeying

  • Self-awareness exercises around limiting beliefs

  • Art, poetry, singing and dancing

  • Reflective journaling

  • Sauna

  • Magic

This retreat is for women who want to make a transition in their work— whether it’s starting a business, enlivening your business, changing your career, getting a new job, or showing up in a new way to your work.

She is most enlivened when creating ritual sanctuary space with other sisters in peaceful natural surroundings.

Healing Heart Song Retreat

FALL
OCTOBER 4-6, 2024

Come share your voice in the soft early fall landscape of Samsara Ridge. This retreat is open for anyone regardless of previous experiences singing. If you can speak you can sing, and if you can sing you can heal. This song weekend is open to all who want a space to sing and breathe and feel and be in community. We teach everything call and response, just open your mouth and echo back.

Led by Dani Coffield & Juila Beasley who can’t stop singing together since they started back in 2018 in a community song circle. This weekend workshop retreat focuses on our connection to our voice and gifting it to the circle and endless skies of Samsara Ridge.

Singing is a way:

  • Remember our purpose for being alive

  • TUNE into to a more harmonious frequency, and in this way, set a positive tone for our lives

  • Connect with our hearts

  • Transform heavy/negative thoughts & emotions

  • Feel connected to the web of life

  • Receive guidance

  • Regulate my nervous system

Meet the Facilitators

  • Singing, for me, is about connecting to my heart and how good it makes me feel. I strive to release limiting beliefs around singing and help others do the same. Singing is a healing gift and teaches us how to transmute unhelpful patterns into energy that is more useful. Let’s keep it real and sing together!
