SLEEP AWAY CAMPS
Wilderness Awakening expanded in 2021 to offer sleep-away camps on our land, Samsara Ridge, just north of St. Croix Falls, WI. We are bringing back this magic to our 44 acres of luxurious private land with hills, meadows, forest, sweet loving earth medicines of plants, birds, the elements, a rushing creek and peaceful pond to contemplate, restore and revitalize. We have a 20 ft. lotus belle tent campers and counselors sleep in. We are currently in the midst of building a tiny house on the ridge, and now have water and electricity available. Together we’ll prepare and cook our meals, fall asleep to the call of the owl, and be surrounded by the rich wildlife of the St. Croix river valley. Activities include hiking, building, playing in water, creating, singing and more!

Re-wilding is the natural internal process which occurs when retreating from city routine and technology, allowing space for different ways of thinking and being, and connecting with the infinite abundance of nature.

All-inclusive price includes healthy organic & local-when-possible meals and snacks, a field trip to Interstate Park, and a variety of workshops blending the arts with nature!
