Imbolc
Imbolc is a time of renewal and new beginnings, as the Earth begins to awaken deep within from its winter slumber and the first dreams of spring come into focus.
The first of February is the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. We are infinitely creative beings, and this is a powerful time to connect to that which wants to come through us, to allow space and prepare for our Spring Creations. Enter into a sanctuary space and through ritual, bring into clarity the dreams deep inside your womb-space. This is a workshop for female identifying folx, with or without physical wombs, looking to reconnect with creativity and aliveness.

Arrive and ground in with a delicious homemade grounding snack and home brewed herbal tea blend. Settle in on plush locally-sourced sheepskins with a cozy throw blanket. Julia will guide the group in an intentional brief check-in to tune into what is emergent within. The rituals that follow include but are not limited to gentle postures, meditations, song and sound baths, in honoring of our innate ability to birth and rebirth anew. Art materials will be provided to journal. We will include an Earth Offering in the beautiful landscape of French Regional Park. The yin component of this offering is to remind ourselves that we may relax into alignment in service of what is called forth as opposed to working to fix. Reconnect with the infinite universe of existence and all ways to allow space for new gifts in your life to appear. All in witnessing of one another in our unfolding.
