Mikae Benson

Mikae Benson is an Early Childhood educator with 5 years of experience in Waldorf pedagogy, having led Pre-K summer camps and supported both Early Childhood and First Grade classrooms. Her acedemic focus included Interpersonal Communication Studies, Developmental Psychology, Evolutionary Anthropology, Creative Writing, Poetry & Fiction, and Mythology; alongside more than a decade devoted to Eastern Mysticism, Bhakti Yoga, Ayurvedic Integrative Nutition & Herbalism, and contemplative philosophy.

Deeply influenced by the work of Rudolf Steiner, Emmi Pikler, Erica Komisar, and Dr. Gabor Maté, Mikae approaches her work through the lenses of attachment, rhythm, emotional attunement, and reverence for childhood. She finds joy in writing stories, practicing seasonal living, handcrafts, and outdoor exploration, and is committed to creating warm, relationship-centered spaces where children feel safe to imagine, belong, and grow alongside the natural world.
